Hola soy Christian Villegas, En este reto avancé mucho más que el anterior y me siento muy orgulloso de todo lo que he logrado por que ademas de bajar de peso estoy marcando músculo. Muchas gracias también a los productos de yor health los que mis favoritos son la malteada, los aceites escenciales, los probióticos y el repair graciar yor health y gracias a las personas que me inspiraron y felicitaron la vez pasada que fui ganador y espero seguir ganando
Mi régimen fue el siguinete:
Ayuno intermitente de 16 a 18 hrs
Probióticos y repair al despertar
Romper el ayuno con super greens, a la hora shake con 2 vitamins
Una comida con verdura y alguna carne con Digest y 2 vitamins
Ya en la noche a veces un segundo Shake con fiber y 2 vitamins
Antes de dormir 1 repair
ejercicio de 3 a 4 veces por semana con peso y cardio
Ahora a seguir con los retos hasta llegar a mi peso ideal de 82-84 kg y empezar a definir
