Im not sure what to write in this because I never took the 8 week challenge that serious until all my friends started winning and I saw hope for myself.
So here I go.
I use to work out and ate whatever I wanted. My mentality was that I love food, why suffer when you can go to the gym burn all your calories and eat what you want, because life is about enjoying yourself. I would go to the gym everyday and look the same because I kept adding the calories back to my body. I thought as long as you work out, even if you eat bad, your still healthy. Man was I wrong. I started loosing motivation to go to the gym because I just didn't have the energy to go any more. I got a new job where Im working 40 plus hours, and after coming home I was exhausted.I would use Yor Health products here and there but I was never consistent until all my friend started winning. So when I started using the products the way I was supposed to, I got so excited. I lost 6 lbs; that was over the amount of weight that I wanted to loose after 8 weeks. I have more energy than ever. Today I wake up at 7 am every morning to go to the gym before work and still have a lot of energy after work.
