Mi nombre es Jorge Trejo, tengo 34 años y aproximadamente desde hace un año decidí empezar a mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios pues contaba con sobrepeso y me sentía con falta de energia.
Mis mejores amigas me comentaron acerca del Reto y me invitaron a unirme. Gracias a este reto y a que he participado en varias ocaciones he logrado excelentes resultados físicos, pude adelgazar y a sentirme con más vitalidad. En esta ocasión, no solo adelgace, si no que ademas aumente masa muscular cosa que no había podido hacer anteriormente.
Los productos que utilice durante el reto fueron: la deliciosa YOR Shake de vainilla , YOR Super Green el Berryblast, YOR Amp, Yor Digest Ultra y las Vitaminas.
La Actividad física que realice durante el reto fue: Entrenar 4 dias a la semana, realizando varias rutinas como: ejercicios con pesas, ejercicios de Box y natación.
