I finished my third cycle of the challenge. I did it with a lot of pleasure!
Even if I am an elite athlete, it helps me to get focused and to improve my lifestyle.
I used to have very bad eating manners as I've never had weight problems. Now I am still improving it everyday! I eat less and less sugar and I try always to keep an eye on it, even tough it's very hard for me. However, I still feel differences: even if I couldn't do any sports during 2,5 weeks because I had 5 stiches on my leg (I missed a step due to my disability and vision impairment), I was able to continue training to up part of my body. That's what I did: only "bodybuilding" exercises with weights. So I could get some more musscles. Today, I had a training session with my sport coach who I hadn't seen for one month. He said: "I can see you've trained with weights, you're much stronger on your back and shoulders"!Yes, before I also had some muscles, but very thin ones and my bones "got out" a little. I can train my legs again since a few days: I could take a weight of 100kg up on the "leg press" machine! :-)
Even with a disability, some difficulties, and going through a very hard periods last few weeks (personal reasons), I always try to enjoy life as much as I can and I encourage you to do so!
