En este reto no me fue posible llegar a mi meta, tuve muchos otros retos en mi vida personal, mi madre fallecio el dia 4 de Junio y muchos otros problemas personales. Pero trate de apegarme a mi dieta, mis productos YOR no los dejo para nada asi que los seguire tomando. En la mañana no desayune nada, tome mucha agua y al medio dia mi malteada YOR con YOR Fiber. Lamentablemente se me termino mi Supergreens asi que lo estuve tomando mientras lo tuve tambien, por lo regular en las tardes antes de mi unica comida del dia. Tambien no deje de tomar mis capsulas de Digest antes de cada alimento, a la fecha me siento tan bien! Tengo un compromiso conmigo mismo y en el proximo reto se que lograre mis metas de peso, estoy avanzando y me siento de maravilla en todos los aspectos. A pesar que sigo en duelo por mi madre. Gracias por sus votos pasados y seguire esforzandome, en el proximo reto empezare a pasar al siguiente nivel
