My husband and I started this journey together because of health issues. Back in January my husband was hospitalized because he could not breathe. We come to find out that he has congestive heart failure. At first we both could not believe it and started to gain weight do you depression and anxiety. After a few months we made the decision to start living at our fullest potential , we begin to take our amazing supplement and felt amazing, knowing we have the vitamins that contain coq10 ( good for the heat ) we were determined to fight this illness together by being more aware of what we are eating .
