I began the YOR Best Body challenge because I love the challenges and to take care of my body.
In the morning, I take vitamins, lutein, Omega 3, probiotics and I prepare a shaker with all the powders together with some water. I prepare another shaker after the sport.
I really love sport, that gets me an incredible well-being.
I regularly do some kickboxing, running, bike, swimming. I adore learning and making again sport.
I'm satisfied with my results but I am already delighted at the next challenge, to improve them and lose and develop the muscle even more.
