Buenas tardes,
yo empece muy entusiasmada tomando los PROBIOTICOS y el REPAIR a primera hora del dia y unas horas despues me tomaba el SUPER GREENS y ya para medio dia tomaba la malteada, agregando una cucharada de la FIBRA.. mi favorita es de chocolate pero en esta ocasion tome mas la de vainilla con fresa que sabe riquisima. En la comida no me cuide mucho, pero en la noche me tomaba nuevamente la malteada.
Conforme fueron pasando los dias empece a ser menos disciplinada y aunque no baje a la talla y al peso que queria, me siento muy orgullosa porque es el primer reto que termino..!
La ulitma semana si me puse mas estricta conmigo y deje de comer las quesadillas y el pan que tanto me gustan y obtuve mejores resultado.
Me habia inscrito a otros pero me quedaba a medias y hoy finalmente puedo ver que puedo esforzarme un poco mas y lograr mi objetivo.
Por lo pronto hoy les pido su voto porque para mi, terminar el reto ha sido una gran travesia..!!
