Me siento bien con los resultados obtenidos. Me logré mantener en en buen peso a pesar de que sufría bastante ansiedad por comer debido tanto al aislamiento de la pandemia como el estrés por el trabajo.

Sin embargo, nunca dejé de hacer mínimo 20 minutos diarios de ejercicio y tratar de dormir a mis horas. Por otro lado, siempre le di más prioridad a la alimentación sana a pesar de mi ansiedad.
En el caso del régimen de YOR siempre solía hacer períodos de ayuno entre 12 y 16 horas; empezaba tomándome dos vasos de agua natural, el segundo de ellos con una gota de aceite esencial de limón. Posteriormente, después del ejercicio, abría ventana de alimento con una medida de Super Greens y una media hora después con una YOR Shake con alguna fruta mezclada con amaranto y algo sano para desayunar. Antes de comer, tomaba una cápsula de DIGEST y antes de dormir consumía mínimo una cápsula de REPAIR.
