Hola ! Mi nombre es Jesús alberto de busk tengo 27 años y soy piloto aviador .
Decidí continuar en el reto ya que en la pandemia baje mucho de peso y sin duda el reto de 8 semanas ha sido la mejor opción para volver a retomar mi acondicionamiento físico y sobre todo ganar músculo !
Que fue lo que usé les cuento que absolutamente toda la línea que es fantástica !.. les cuento cómo lo hice
En las mañanas al despertar 3 pastillas de Yor esencial vitamina,1 cápsula de Yor probioticos , después 1 scoop de súper greens con y scoop de YOR fiber esto mezclado con 250 ml de agua .

En mi desayuno ,comida y cena sólida agregue 2 cápsulas de enzimas digestivas

A media mañana 3 scoops de Yor shake
Y antes de entrenar pesas 3 cápsulas de Amp y 1 sobre de Yor berry Blast en agua

Antes de dormir 3 scoops de Yor shake con fibra
