Una hora después: en un vaso grande con agua un YOR Berry Blast.
9AM: Rompo ayuno con: YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fiber Plus y 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
11AM: Dos medidas de YOR Shake.
Almuerzo: 1PM: 1 YOR Digest Ultra, 5 minutos antes de la comida, una comida balanceada y entre la Comida 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Cena: 8PM: Dos medidas de YOR Shake y 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Al dormir: YOR Repair Ultra.
Tomaba abundantes líquidos, dos litros mínimo diario.

Cuando inicie el reto pesaba 69 kg, ahora peso 62 kg, me siento cada día mejor, y con la constancia en YOR Health voy a llegar al equilibrio.
