Hola mi nombre es Rey Daniel tengo 36 años y decidí unirme al reto por qué en equipo es mejor y buscando salud, nos unimos todos y nos echamos porras para estar aquí, gracias a este reto eh logrado conseguir una mejor alimentación y mejor salud, iniciamos todos con el ayuno intermitente de 12 horas terminando algunos hasta con 17 o 18 horas de ayuno intermitente pero sobre todo en lo personal lo mucho que me ayudó a pesar de no poder hacer ejercicio ya que tuve un accidente en moto y tuve dos fracturas y no podía hacer ejercicio, pero el Yor Amp, el Super greens, y los repairs por la mañana fierro la clave para darle energía y ayudar también a recuperar mi cuerpo mientras quemaba grasa, y por la tarde complementado con la malteada y por su puesto no podía faltar el cbd sublingual, todo esto logro que fuera un éxito lo realizado, gracias por ayudarnos a todos a obtener más salud, amo a YorHealth
