Hello, my name is Mai La. I have been working on my health ever since I’ve turned 30 but things slowly went downhill when the pandemic hit and quarantine made it really hard to get out and exercise. One thing I love is eating and exploring. Once I knew it, I’ve gained so much weight. I was 140 pounds in the beginning of 2020 and in just a blink of an eye, I became 40 pounds heavier! With the system, I am gradually losing weight again with little to no exercise at all and that’s amazing! I am on the 8 week challenge package and have been taking the regiments religiously. I also triple up on fibers, a dose of super green and a couple of digest pills to help me on days I’ve cheated on my meals. The problem I really have was bloating and with the regiment, I’ve seen a drastic change with my stomach and bloating! It’s amazing to see my toes again after a meal!
