Hola soy Carmen Velasco, y teng 59 años.
Debido a la pérdida de personas muy importantes en mi vida, entre en una depresión que me llevo a subir mucho de peso, a sentirme triste, con mi autoestima por los suelos. Mi ropa ya no me quedaba, en fin nada bueno.
