Hola Comunidad, espero se encuentren de lo mejor.
Terminando un ciclo más y me siento mejor de cómo empecé: subí un kilo y aunque me faltan un par más para llegar a mi peso ideal (63-64kg), estoy feliz porque siempre ha sido un triunfo ganar masa muscular.
Desde que comencé a estar en el Reto me he apoyado de toda la línea de nutrición: Probióticos al despertar, antes del desayuno SuperGreens con Fibra, Enzimas y Vitaminas en los alimentos, la Malteada después del ejercicio, Repair antes de dormir y mis gotas de aceite de limón además del CBD.
Para entrenar hice al menos 5 sesiones a la semana, ya sea saliendo a correr con mi perro o ejercicios de fuerza con TRX y un par de pesas.
