Me llamo Ale Soto Borja soy mama de 4, tengo 41 años y me encanta el deporte, pero ya me estaba sintiendo estancada y no veia resultados claros, hice un reto hace unos meses y me sentí muy muy bien por lo que decidí volver a hacerlo y como meta personal lograr definir mas los músculos de abdomen y brazos y menor porcentaje de grasa.
