Un reto muy interesante porque además añadir desde luego los productos de YOR... hice un ajuste en las mañanas para quemar más grasa, implementé el ayuno intermitente mientras tomaba una cápsula de YOR Amp y procedía a sesiones de cardio.
Por la tarde mi entrenamiento ha sido enteramente de intensidad tipo Crossfit, pesas, etc... de tal manera que la masa muscular ha aumentado, el % de grasa disminuyó por debajo del 15% y quedé 1 kg abajo de cómo empecé...
Temprano al despertar tomo 2 YOR Vitamins + 1 Probiótico
Al mediodía comienzo con YOR Shake + Supergreens + Fibra
Por la tarde tomo 2 YOR Vitamins + 1 Repair
En las comidas principales tomo 1 YOR Digest Ultra
Básicamente este reto coincidió con el de mayor consistencia en el gimnasio y salir a correr, combinado con el ayuno intermitente de tal manera que mis horarios de consumir alimentos se redujeron a máximo 12 horas al día y para el siguiente reto lo reduciré aún más, al menos 10 horas de alimentación vs 14 de solamente líquidos y mucho cardio.
