He terminado mi reto. Ha sido uno de los retos de peso más grandes de mi vida porque nunca me había sentido tan subida de peso.
Me ha costado mucho más bajar de peso que en mis embarazos anteriores. Este es mi tercer embarazo y por supuesto me es muy complicado tener tiempo para hacer algo de ejercicio, además de que ya tengo 34 años y el cuerpo ya no baja de peso igual.
