Hola! Mi nombre es Sandra y durante un par de meses estuve muy presionada por trabajo, terminé una relación y sin duda me descuidé. Realmente estoy sorprendida, por los resultados, no hice una dieta tal cual, salgo a caminar/correr 2-3 veces a la semana de 3 a 5 km pero no dejé de tomar mis suplementos YOR Health.
Inició el día con Súper Greens, es la mejor manera de empezar el día! A veces lo mezclo con Berry Blast.
Comidas y cenas acompañada de 1 o 2 Digest.
YOR Shake como snack o cena. Me ha servido mucho por las noches cuando me siento inflamada, pero tengo hambre y quiero cenar ligero. Vainilla o Chocolate, las 2 me encantan!
Al agua que tomó durante la comida le agregó unas gotitas de aceite de limón.
Y para todo el estrés, ansiedad, tranquilidad y para lo que se ofrezca, tomo CBD, 5 - 10 gotas al día.
Tal vez no perdí tantos kilos, pero los rollitos de la espalda disminuyeron, la inflamación y la panza me bajaron y sin duda los pantalones me quedan mucho mejor! Y me siento súper bien!
