Mañanas: 1 cápsula de probióticos.
Media mañana. Después de hacer de 30 a 60 minutos de ejercicio. Tomar una malteada de YH
Comida: 1 cápsula de enzimas
Tarde: comer ligero y 1 cápsula de enzimas.
Noche: cbd GF en gotas de 3 a 5 gotas para relajamiento y reforzar sistema inmunológico.
Además tratado de comer saludable introduciendo siempre verduras verdes, evitar refrescos, y demasiados carbohidratos como pan tortillas..
