Hola a todos, espero se encuentren muy bien.
Yo me siento de maravilla en este cierre de ciclo: mi reto siempre ha sido ganar masa muscular y aunque terminé con el mismo peso (60kg), me percibo más definido que hace 8 semanas.
Una situación que siempre tengo en estas fechas es el frío, no me agrada tanto entrenar dentro de casa (más que nada por falta de espacio), pero gracias a mi perro que es el mejor pretexto para salir a correr 3 veces a la semana y además un par de sesiones de resistencia, fue lo que me ayudó en el ciclo.
La buena nutrición es la base en cada Reto, sin importar las tentaciones que se presenten. Siempre me apoyo en toda la línea, además de los aceites: mis favoritos son la malteada de chocolate, enzimas digestivas y reparadoras, SuperGreens y aceite de CBD.
