My name is Eleazar Martinez from Irving, I join the YOR Best Body Challange to improve my health. I have been diagnosed with border line diabetes I was told that if I didnt control my weight that I will need to be taking insulin and I don't want to take insulin. I decided to work hard on my weight lose. YOR Health supplements has help me to continue to lose weight. My Regimen that I follow daily is:
6:00 am 1 Your Probiotics Ultra & 1 YOR Repair Ultras with 8 oz glass water. BREAKFAST: YOR Shake 2 scoop of vanilla or chocolate shake, 2 scoop of YOR Fiber, 2 YOR Digest Ultras with 8oz water. MORNING SNACKS: cup of fruit with 8oz water. LUNCH: chicken salad with 2 YOR DIGEST ULTRA and 2 YOR VITAMINES with 8oz water. AFTER NOON SNACK: 2 scoops of YOR FIBER, 2 scoops of YOR SUPER GREENS with 8oz water. DINNER: I eat fish, turkey, chicken with vegetables and 3 YOUR DIGEST ULTRA with 8oz water. EVENING: I Take 3 scoops of fiber with 8oz juice this helps me prepere for next day.
