Hola, familia Yor estoy concluyendo un ciclo un poco difícil, por las fechas que aquí en México es complicado por las fiestas que nunca faltan desde las patrias hasta las de Día de muertos y qué decir las posadas….
Solo hice un poco de acondicionamiento físico, con lo que tengo en casa unas mancuernas, unas ligas y un mini gim ( algunos aparatos de fuerza). En mi ciudad todavía no hay gimnasios en servicio.
Mi meta de llegar a los 55 kg lo logré y superé llegué a los 54.1 kg sin dietas excesivas, solo sustituyendo uno o dos de las comidas por malteadas, desayuno o merienda, y también apoyándome con vitaminas un ves al día. Enzimas digestivas una o dos veces al día con las comidas. Reper, probióticos berryblas y fibra una vez al día.
