Hola soy Jesús Hernandez tengo 18 años y empeze este reto con muchas ganas de hacer más cambios pero tuve un pequeño inconveniente de salud un musculo de mi abdomen se rompió y tuve que parar por 2 semanas pero seguí con mi alimentación, y termine mi reto muy feliz, tomo mi Yorprobiotics y mi Yorprotein con una cucharada de verdes no me gustan los vegetales aunque estoy tratando algunos, pero tomando los Yorgreens me siento muy bien, tomo mi Berryblast antes de mi rutina de ejercicio y en la cena como algo saludable y mi Yorprotein me encanta.
