Hola! Soy Mariana Guerrero, mamá de tres pequeños! Siempre inicio diciendo eso de mi porque es principalmente a lo que me dedico desde hace unos años. A cuidar de mis niños principalmente. Aunque además de ser mamá, soy esposa, trabajo, me encargo de organizar la casa, etc etc.
Por lo que es muy poco el tiempo que me dedico a mi!
Sin embargo YOR y estos retos me motivan a cuidarme un poco. A no dejarme! Es por eso que estuve en este reto. Me ayuda a cuidarme!
Tomar mi shake, mi fibra, mi digest y mi super greens hace la diferencia en mi salud. Y eso sin casi hacer nada de ejercicio como tal. Más que estar de aquí para allá con los niños.
Sin embargo pienso empezar ya a hacer ejercicio para cumplir mi meta final. Llegar a pesar 52 kg incrementando músculo! Y desapareciendo mucho más grasa.
