Hola yo me llamo Christian Verastegui tengo 41 años. YOR Best Body para mí es un estilo de vida. Cuando comencé el reto 56 dias me sentía cansado con mucha fatiga, tenia el estómago muy abultado, mi alimentación era pésimo ya que yo trabajo por turnos 14×7 ahí tenemos mucha comida procesada.
