Hola mi nombre es: Servandovando de Jesús Quezada Morales tengo 50 años de edad.
Estoy muy contento pues pude terminar mi reto con mucha satisfacción.
Al principio de este reto me fue un poco difícil pues unas semanas a trae acaba de salir de una situación
personal que me descontroló totalmente.
Comencé a tomar los productos Yor health y retome mis fuerzas para empezar a entrenar.
Todos los días por la mañana comienzo con una taza de té a base de aceite esencial de jengibre 1 gota, y aceite esencial de limón una gota.

así comienzo mi entrenamiento con mucha energía, durante el entrenamiento me voy hidratando con Yor Berry blast.
Ya terminé mi reto y estoy muy contento.
