Hola mi nombre es Rosa Gormaz tengo 62 años y decidí entrar al reto en la temporada más difícil del año que son las fiestas decembrinas a propósito para mantener mi salud . Padezco de prediabetes y como tengo 4 hijos adoptivos que todavía estan pequeños a veces se me antoja lo que ellos comen de snacks y trato de no comerlas el reto me ayudo a mantenerme fuera de antojos con dos probioticos al día y a fibra con mis super greens sentí que desaparecieron los antojos .
