Hola familia.

Nuevamente feliz de terminar un reto más y si lo llamo así porque con las fechas decembrina en donde hay mucha comida y muchos antojos pude terminar con grandes resultados para mí y todo gracias a los suplementos maravillosos y deliciosos que tenemos.

Tengo 50 años y el realizar ejercicio por las mañanas me ayuda mucho y me mantiene todo el dia activa, los suplementos que tomo fueron los siguientes: aceite de limón con agua tibia por las mañanas, fibra por las mañanas, digestivas antes de cada alimento fuerte, supergren después del ejercicio y la malteada por las tardes a mis vitaminas esas nunca las dejo jaja 2 por la mañana y 2 por la noche y algo que tampoco dejo de tomarme es el Berry para darme más energía durante el dia.
