Hi! My name is Nee and I am a busy college student also working part time. When I was first introduced into the 8 week program, I was not as confident and comfortable about my body or health. After the results of the first week, my confidence grew. The reason for starting my weight loss journey was to maintain a healthy body and weight for my age, 21. I had decided to join the army and the weight requirement for me was 137 but I was 167 at that time. So I started working out and I had lost 10 pounds but was having a hard time loosing after that. That’s when I started this program and it helped very much with my eating habits. They say losing weight has 70% of your eating habits and 30% of working out, and that was absolutely true! The program itself didn’t require working out to lose the weight but I do love working out so that was a plus in helping me maintain that goal. I got used to having a shake for my breakfast and dinner and only eating actual food for my lunch. The digest pills really helped in breaking down my food and I’m grateful for them. The shakes made me full so I was able to go a few hours without craving anything to eat.
