Decidí entrar al reto a fin de año para de alguna forma cuidarme en las fiestas y no aumentar más mi peso, también para empezar con cambio de hábitos antes de terminar el año y empezar con todo este año. En los primeros días de este año me dió Covid, por lo que no puede terminar mi reto como deseaba, sin embargo estoy contento de que pude bajar un poco de peso y estoy listo para retomar el ejercicio.
Cada mañana inicio mi día con 2 Yor AMP y dos Yor Vitamin. Antes de mi desayuno me tomo mi Supergreens y YorShake. Y en la tarde antes de comer otra Yor AMP.
Siempre inicio y termino mi día con 6 gotas de ULTRA.
