Hola a todos, espero se encuentren de lo mejor.

La ventaja de tener este Reto como estilo de vida es que es más fácil retomar el camino, aunque este ciclo fue un tanto agridulce porque tuve una infección de garganta y por estar aislado dejé de mantener el ritmo por dos semanas. El tiempo que sí entrené lo repartí entre correr y ejercicios de fuerza durante 30-45 min de 4-5 días semanales.

Lo que siempre me ayuda es la línea de nutrición: desde los Probióticos por la mañana, SuperGreens antes del desayuno, Enzimas y Vitaminas en la comida, malteada después de entrenar o como cena y Repair antes de acostarme, además del CBD.

A pesar de los ‘inconvenientes’, fueron más los momentos de alegría... entre Navidad, el encierro y cumpleaños he tenido tiempo de agradecer y reflexionar.
