Hola excelente dia, soy jesus Alberto De Busk tengo 28 años y soy de Durango Mexico. de profesion soy piloto aviador y algo que siempre me habia costado era el poder ganar masa muscular ya que por mi cuerpo que es grande y de huesos largos , no era algo simple para mi. gracias al reto de 8 semanas y la grandiosa suplementacion pude aumentar en estas 8 semanas 13 kg ahora en mi sguiente reto mi meta es definir esta masa muscular que gracias a Yor health pude conseguir.
la manera en la que use los suplementos fue la suiguiente:
al despertar 1 capsula de probioticos y 2 de yor esential vitamins
antes de desayunar 1 porcion de super greens, 1 porcion de fibra y 1 sobre de yor berryblast esta bebida es mi favorita.
en el desayuno 2 capsulas de yordigest
en la colasion 3 scoop de yor shake de vainilla con 2 gotas aceite esencial de limon
en la comida 2 casulas de yor digest
en la colasion de media tarde 3 scoop de yorshake con aceite canela
y antes de dormir 3 capsulas de yor repair ultra .
