I started the challenge at 187 lbs and I am now 176 lbs. I use the Vanilla Yor Shake, SuperGreens and Yor Fiber mixed together everyday for breakfast with water. I also use Repair Ultra(everyday), and Complete Burn (3x per week). The last few weeks I started using the vitamins (2 twice a day), Probiotics(1/day) used the Digest Ultra (everyday at lunch and dinner).

The first couple weeks I did Zumba, then I started doing 5-7 miles/day resting 1 day per week. I did HIIT training once per week. I always had energy and didn't get sore after my workouts.

My last 2 weeks I was only able to work out maybe 4 times because of travelling, then I injured myself. I started running sprints because I felt so good!! I did not stretch and felt my muscle pop. I almost fell and I was really upset with myself. I was in extreme pain and still had to walk almost .25 miles home. I immediately took 2 Repair Ultra (12pm) and took 2 more before going to bed. The next day I was able to stand and walk a little and I took 4 more. I can't believe how quickly I was able to walk on it and I'm not feeling pain. I wanted to work hard my last 2 weeks, but I know I have to let it heal.

I am so excited to start my next 8 week challenge because I am already doing things I haven't done since running track in school or dancing!!! I'm so ready to play basketball and dance again!!

I am so amazed at how far I have come and extremely excited to see what I will look like in a few months!! I feel more confident about myself and would recommend this to anyone!! I'm so blessed I found this product and challenge!!!
