during my 8 week challenge I used the repair, the yor shake, the fiber, the supergreens the complete burn, the digest the probiotics and the yor vitamins. I took the repair everyday once in the morning and once before i went to sleep at night. i took the shake every morning and in the evening after I walked five miles or did my HIIT workouts. I had my vitamins and probiotics once a day also. for the first six weeks i worked out six days a week and the last two weeks i worked out very little but i ate clean. the 8 week challenge has changed my life in many ways such as i feel better, i have more energy and i sleep better at night. it also has pushed me to challenge myself in other areas in my life. thank you yor health !
