Hola familia yoriana, terminé mi reto aunque me falta más definición estoy contenta a pesar de las fiestas de fin de año logré mis objetivos recuperar poco a poco la masa muscular. Mi meta era subir de músculo y bajar porcentaje de grasa, lo conseguí, la meta cumplida. Aumenté el tiempo de ejercicio a treinta minutos cada tercer día.

Tomo al despertar media taza con agua con una gota de AE de limón, quince minutos después una cápsula de probióticos, malteada con SuperGreens y fibra después del ejercicio, a veces un desayuno ligero, con la comida enzimas digestivas y vitaminas, malteada de merienda y antes de dormir reparador. Tomo cuatro gotas de cbd por la tarde y con eso duermo muy bien. Nunca dejo de aplicarme la crema de cbd en mis manos para evitar dolor.
