Hello!

My name is Nukou. I'm a wife and a mother of 4 kids. I started the weight loss challenge because I wanted to get healthier. I started gaining a lot of weight during the pandemic. I reach 203lbs. I noticed that I started to have a hard time going up the stairs and when I sleep I also noticed tightness in my throat. This is when I decided to reach out to my mentor. she's such a sweet and supportive mentor. I new that this was the only way I can do it because I see that my mentor was able to do it and keep it off for the past 3 yrs. I am here today because I am determined.

I started the challenge journey on 01/02/2022. I weighed 179.6 lbs. I was able to loss 11.1 lbs and 8 ¾" from my neck to my thighs total on this challenge. I love the products and I now feel great. Not only did I loss weight, my blood pressure has lowered as well.

My daily routine
6am wake up, take my AMP
7am workout 20-40min
9am-10am I take 2vitamin, 1digestive enzymes, 1probiotics, 2shake and 1fiber
12 noon - 1pm I take 2vitamin, 2digestive , 1 supper green, 1. fiber,
snack on Chia seeds with Berry Blast for energy or fruit, eggs, raw vegetables
5pm-6pm I have dinner( protein and veggies low carb), 2vitamin, 2digestive
9pm-10pm I take 2 repair before bed.

I will continue following this challenge untill I reach my goal of a healthier me 145-150 lbs.
