Mi nombre es Maribel, tengo 48 años y de unos 4 años he subido demasiado de peso, hasta llegar a los 74 k que tengo ahora y que me ha costado trabajo bajar, solo bajo 3 o 4 kilos y los recupero.
Me conté la historia que por mi edad ya era difícil, además de mi condición de salud (esclerodermia) y consecuencias de cortisona por mucho tiempo.
