I started out at 55 kgs and ended up at 50kgs. This may not seem like a lot of weight but I am very small so it made a huge difference to my whole body shape.
I have had two kids so I was really wanting to just shift that last 5 kgs that I could never get off post pregnancy.
Before using the Yor Health products I was too tired all the time to stick to an exercise regime but within two days of taking the products, I had so much energy and felt so much better with my digestive health.
I found it very easy to remember to use the products because I could carry the pill box around in my handbag. I have my supergreens in a smoothie every morning for breakfast and take the probiotics and multivitamins. Sometimes when I am out during lunch time, to avoid the temptation of unhealthier food choices I keep an MRP in my bag. Its cheaper and healthier.
I try to get to the gym 3 times a week, although there were weeks when I didnt manage this because of kids, work etc. The Repair enzymes really did help reduce muscle strain from my gym workouts. I used to have one session at the gym and then barely be able to walk the next few days but since I have been using the Repair I have barely had any muscle soreness.
