Estoy muy satisfecho con mi resultado final en este reto!
logré mi meta de peso y logré tonificar un poco más mi cuerpo, Logré perder un pequeño % de grasa y aumentar masa muscular.

Mi rutina de suplementos fue repair en ayunas y super greens a media mañana, comida normal y cerraba con malteada con repair y fibra y fruta y si tenía hambre le agregaba algo de alimento solido aparte.
El rapar y mis gotas mágicas fueron clave con la recuperación, hice ejercicio en casa 2 a 3 veces por semana sesiones de 45 min, en realidad no me maté haciendo ejercicio.
