buenos días, mi nombre es Luis Aleman, tengo 39 años

durante este reto pude mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios, si bien no pude hacer ejercicio por los horarios de trabajo y familia , la alimentación ayudo mucjo

hice un ayuno de al menos 12 hrs, abriendo ventana con un shake con fibra , al menos 3 veces por semana tomaba un supergreens, toros los días antes de comer un YOR digest, y al menos 2 o 3 veces por semana cerraba ventana con un shake

TODOS los días tomo mi favorito, BERRYBLAST

logré bajar casi 5 kg y mi ropa lo notó, menos panza!
