Hi Im Astrud López I’m 46 years old and because of my bad habits and cero exercise I gain a lot of pounds this challenge approach me to a healthier life , looking for better food and better habits , and I want to keep going , my supplement regimen was like this 1 capsule of probiotics an 2 of repair when I woke up, 1 scoop of Supergreens with a green drink, 1 capsule of digest and two vitamins with my other two meals , and the shake and the fiber some times as a breakfast and sometimes as a dinner. I think this is the beginning of a much more healthier life :D
