En este reto tuve creo un mayor avance en la QUEMA DE GRASA, pues inicié pesando 80 kg y terminé en 79 pero habiendo reducido más grasa y aumentando masa muscular.
La continuidad para estas próximas 8 semanas será continuar subiendo masa magra y marcar más el abdomen.
Estoy haciendo ajustes en el desayuno pues el YOR Shake lo estoy tomando casi a media mañana para practicar el ayuno intermitente y hacer sinergia con la quema de grasa.
Temprano en la mañana tomo 1 probiótico, en la comida 1 digest, en la tarde preparo mi Supergreens que es lo que bebo en el gym durante los workouts... además estoy tomando Vitaminas Esenciales a media mañana y a media tarde.
Algo que estoy haciendo un hábito es dormir al menos 8 horas para dar tiempo al músculo de regenerarse y al cuerpo de estar preparado para el próximo entrenamiento... ahí es donde tomo 1 ó 2 cápsulas de YOR Repair.
