Dentro de este proceso me sentí más seguro conmigo mismo y siento que el cambio si es mas notorio que en el período anterior.
Empezaba mi día tomando dos vasos grandes de agua natural, uno de ellos acompañado de un probiótico y otro con una gota de aceite esencial de limón; posteriormente desayunaba un Super Greens y una YOR Shake. A veces complementaba esto con un sandwich de pan integral de jamón de pechuga de pavo y queso panela, pero no todos los días.
