Estoy muy emocionada por haber cursado este nuevo reto con YOR BEST BODY!

Tengo 3 hijos, la más pequeña tiene 7 meses. Mi sueño es regresar a mi cuerpo antes de tener hijos, pero se que eso va a ser muy complicado de hacer. Sin embargo he aprendido a querer mi cuerpo como es hoy en día. Pero Yor me sigue mostrando que nada es imposible y que sino regreso a mi mismo cuerpo, puedo crear un cuerpo mejor.

Hoy tomo Shake, Super Greens, fibra, digest y probióticos.

Sigo sin poder hacer ejercicio debido a que no tengo tiempo. Pero estoy impresionada por el cambio de mi cuerpo en estas 8 semanas. Si sigo así. Y agrego una dieta más controlada que me permita tener todos los nutrientes necesarios para seguir amamantanto a mi pequeña y estar fuerte yo. Pero agrego un poco de ejercicio, creo que puedo llegar a mi meta final. 52kg, pero transformando la grasa que aún tengo en músculo.
