Estoy feliz de estar terminando un nuevo reto en esta plataforma. Simplemente me ayuda a ponerme en forma y mejorar mis hábitos. En esta ocasión consumí la malteada de por las mañanas como desayuno y el súper green para abrir ventana de alimentos. No hice una dieta estricta la vdd es que como de todo pero lo más sano posible y con los digestivos antes de cada comida los nutrientes se quedan en mi cuerpo y lo que le resta energía se va. También debo confesar que soy fan del repair porque me permite sentirme desinflamada, sana, ligera durante el día y me ayuda a rendir en mi entrenamiento físico.
Yo practico yoga 3 ves a la semana y camino 10 min al al día.
Mi meta era poder tonificar y que mi cuerpo aparte de sano volviera a tener forma y hoy al verme al espejo me gusta la versión que veo de mi, tanto que después de 5 años me atreví a ponerme nuevamente traje de baño.
