Mi nombre es Zenaida y soy del sur de México. Me encanta el reto porque me ha permitido a mi y a mi familia tener salud y prevenir muchas enfermedades que han sido hereditarias. Creo que aprendiendo cómo cuidarnos podemos vivir más años y mejor.
Durante este reto utilizé Shake, Digest, Supergreens y fibra. Me encantan porque saben bien y me ayudan a lograr la nutrición que necesito todos los días junto con mi comida normal.
El cambio en mi peso no es mucho, pero mi intención es sólo mantenerme, cada vez me siento más fuerte y sigo haciendo bastante ejercicio. Muchas personas a mi edad se vuelven sedentarias porque empiezan los achaques y ya no se puede mantener la rutina y la verdad es que yo sigo corriendo, a veces 10k diarios y me siento muy bien.
