I have been trying to lose about 10 lbs since the start of the new year but was struggling to. I wanted to enter the 8 Weeks Challenge in hope it will help push and motivate me towards reaching that goal. I set a goal for myself to lose at least a lb each week with a total of 8 lbs for this challenge. Starting my weight at 122 lbs.


The products I used during this challenge was the Ultra Digest and Yor Fiber Plus. My focus was on elimination for a better and healthier gut. I would take 1-2 Ultra Digest after every meal and do one scoop of fiber once in the morning and evening before I go to bed. I've noticed that the products had helped me to eliminate wastes the next day naturally with no side effects and no stomach cramping, which I love. I will continue to use them even after the challenge. One of the hardest thing for me during this challenge was saying no to sweets and bakeries and oily food. The products had helped me to enjoy them at least once a week without feeling too guilty :)



The challenge had ended and I'm sitting at 116 lbs, one lb short from reaching my goal. I'm not sad and I don't think it was a complete fail. By comparing the progress pictures, I can see that progress was made. My clothes feel loose and I feel good in them. Got to celebrate the little victories because these stepping stones are what will get me to my ultimate fitness goals. I'm thankful to this challenge for keeping me accountable and motivated. Now looking back at my diet and exercise plans, I can admit I wasn't doing the best at keeping my diet clean and I didn't allow myself to get enough sleep at night to rest. I will have to do better moving forward. I will likely be entering another challenge to keep myself stay on track.
