Me siento muy feliz con los resultados de este reto. Me animé a combinar la suplementación con el ayuno intermitente y me fue muy bien, ya son 2 meses ayunando de 14 a 16 horas rompiéndolo con el super greens como primer alimento y he notado muchos cambios. Mi intención no era bajar de peso pero bajé 2 kilos y el área del abdomen se me comprimió y pasé de ser talla 5 a talla 3.
