Me siento muy contento con los beneficios que me da tomar toda la suplementación de YOR, en este reto me animé a probar el super greens, sinceramente no me gustaba mucho el sabor y me negaba a tomarlo, pero en estos 2 meses ha sido el primer alimento que tomo todos los días, con eso rompo el ayuno y me he sentido con más energía. adicional tomo en ayunas los probióticos, en las noches antes de dormir mi repair y la malteada de proteína como colación cuando me da hambre entre comidas y con eso evito estar comprando comida en la calle para matar el hambre que no son saludables. El Berry Blast lo tomo cuando hago ejercicio y ya no tengo que comprar gatorade o alguna de esas bebidas energéticas.
Otra cosa que empecé a tomar en este reto fueron las cápsulas de digest y seguramente es lo que también me ha ayudado a absorber los nutrientes de mis alimentos.
